Modi asks party MPs to spread awareness about BHIM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked party MPs to spread awareness about the BHIM app, a digital payment application, and the benefits of the GST at the grass roots level through Gram Panchayats. He also referred to the roadmap for the development at BJP’s Parliamentary Party meeting in New Delhi today. Quoting Prime Minister, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said, the GST and its benefits should be discussed at the Gram Panchayats level.
Kumar said there will be a massive campaign to popularize the BHIM app among masses on 14th of April to mark the birth anniversary of Bhim Rao Ambedkar. During the meeting, Modi also asked the BJP members to ensure their presence in Parliament. He asked them to participate in Swachh Bharat campaign on the foundation day of the BJP on 6th of April.
