NZ vs SA, 1st Test: Rain washes out final day play; ends in draw

Dunedin, March 12: In Cricket, the first Test between New Zealand and South Africa at Dunedin finished as a draw today as rain washed out the final day’s play.

The umpires waited until the end of the scheduled lunch break before announcing that there was no prospect of play as the rain continued to fall.

The second Test of the 3-match series begins in Wellington on Thursday.
