Trump vows to upgrade US military to eradicate Islamic State

US President Donald Trump has said that Washington along with its allies will eradicate the evil of Islamic State terror group from the face of the earth as he vowed to substantially upgrade the country’s military.

Trump said, as part of his pledge to restore safety for the American people, he has directed the defence community to develop a plan to totally obliterate the IS. The US President was addressing his cheering supporters at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last night.

Trump said, his administration is requesting the Congress a massive budget for the military and asserted that this will be one of the greatest military build-ups in American history. Referring to the series of terrorist strikes in various parts of the world, particularly in Europe, Trump said such a situation cannot be allowed inside the United States.
