Hungary vs England, UEFA Nations League match, On Saturday night, England will face Hungary in the UEFA Nations League (June 4). Jarrod Bowen and James Justin have been called up to England’s three-lions squad by manager Gareth Southgate. With full-fit Dominik Szoboszlai and Adam Szalai in the roster, Hungary has no injury concerns.

Following his strong performance with AC Milan, Fikayo Tomori has been called up for Hungary’s Nations League matches for the England side. He has only played in friendlies so far, but he is still eligible to play for both Canada and Nigeria.

After testing positive for Covid-19, England teenager Phil Foden has been ruled out. Henderson, Dier, Mings, and Smith Rowe have all been omitted from the starting lineup.

Hungary, which has not qualified for a World Cup since 1986, sees the Nations League as a big enough arena to restore their lost glory. Marco Rossi’s Magyars will undoubtedly benefit from a win versus England at home.

Italy takes on Germany in the other match in the group. After losing to Argentina in the Finalissima earlier this week, the Azzurri will be hoping for a better showing against the four-time World Champions.
