PM Modi inaugurates India’s Largest Amrita Hospital in Faridabad

The 2,600-bed Amrita Hospital in Faridabad was opened by the prime minister on Wednesday. The hospital, which is run by the humanitarian organization Mata Amritanandamayi Math, advertises itself as the largest super-specialty facility in the nation, offering 81 specialty treatments.

In the presence of various prominent BJP officials, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, and other spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi, PM Modi was honoured.

According to PM Modi, this hospital is a blend of modernity and spirituality because in addition to having first-rate infrastructure and the newest technology, it is also spiritual in terms of its level of customer service and spiritual consciousness.

This hospital will undoubtedly develop as a source of easily accessible and reasonably priced medical care for individuals in need.

I want to convey my gratitude to Amma Amritanandamayi for her enormous “mahayagya” of service and my hope that this initiative would serve as a model for other organisations across the nation.

The opening of Amrita Hospital would benefit not only the residents of Faridabad and Haryana but also those travelling from Delhi, the National Capital Region, and other locations.

“With the establishment of this hospital, the people of the state would receive top-notch medical facilities,”  Khattar remarked, referring to the day the Amrita hospital’s cornerstone was laid in 2016, “This sapling planted by Amma in the year 2016 has already taken the shape of a gigantic tree.” Today is not just a hospital opening; it is also a “Yagya” for the benefit of the underprivileged and those in need. This hospital will undoubtedly be crucial in achieving the “Swasth Bharat” objective of the prime minister.

64 contemporary operating rooms and 534 ICU beds are available at the Amrita Hospital. The university will contain 150 full-time MBBS seats, a nursing college, a college for allied health sciences, and what is reportedly the largest completely automated smart lab in the nation.

According to Khattar, PM Modi has a special bond with Haryana, and as a result of this affection, the entire state views his attendance at this inauguration ceremony as a blessing for them. “The nation is steadily making progress on the map of the world under the dynamic leadership and direction of the prime minister.

It is truly admirable that the prime minister is creating welfare programmes based on ‘antyodaya’ principles while taking care of all the poor and needy, he remarked.

Today, Haryana is one of the top states in the nation where every home is connected to the water supply. Similar to how the Haryanan people helped the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign succeed, Modi added.
